Most of our products come with at least 12-month warranty on manufacturing defects (excluding effects of misuse or wear and tear). The pictures shown in website are of high resolution and description of the products used are provided.

Yes, we do have island wide delivery service.

Yes, you may reject the product if it isn’t in good working condition(damaged, scratched, dented, soiled, different from description etc.) upon delivery at NO added cost. 


In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to inform us via here within 5 calendar days after you have received the product. You will need to also send us photos or videos of the damaged product here as proof that the product is defective. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
You can direct the refund to sales@lightdebath.com or WhatsApp us at 97844825. After we have received your photos/videos on the proof of product defects, our team will inspect it and process your refund within 1-2 weeks.

Yes. Exchange is subject to our Terms & Conditions. Kindly refer to exchange policy in our terms & conditions. 

Yes. Please notify us about any changes or cancellations within 72 hours after placing the order by emailing us at sales@lightdebath.com.

Unfortunately, we do not offer any additional discount because all of our products are at the most competitive price in the market.

If the products turns out to be faulty, please inform us at sales@lightdebath.com with a brief explanation and supporting photos and videos of the problem including the order invoice number that can be found in the confirmation email sent to you, or simply call/ WhatsApp us at 97844825, we will arrange for our service team to assess the situation and rectify the faulty product.

Items can be exchanged, within 14 days after delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged, in its original condition with full packaging and warranty intact. Kindly inform us via sales@lightdebath.com or give us a call/WhatsApp at 97844825 so that we can ensure we have available stock for exchange.
